Scheduling Coordinator, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Lincoln Park, IL

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters. It is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while experiencing five-star living at its finest.

Responsibilities

• Utilize forecast tools, class schedules, reservations, group blocks, etc., to generate schedules for location staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
• Monitor reservations for overbooking.
• Block off schedule times for groups, classes, extra time, lunches, etc.
• Coordinate with leaders to manage schedule edits and ensure timely posting.
• Arrange training sessions and meetings, including room reservations.
• Assist at the Front Desk of the assigned location occasionally.
• Serve as Manager on Duty at the assigned location when required.

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Skills and Requirements

• Two years of college or technical education preferred.
• Experience in project management, business management, and administrative tasks is necessary.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• Experience with Kohler Hospitality is preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
