Spa Receptionist, Kohler Waters Spa

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Burr Ridge offers more than 50innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-richwaters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling WindyCity neighborhood. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help ourguests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at itsfinest.

Specific responsibilities of a Spa Receptionist include:

• Provideservice and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level
  
• UseProficient Property Management System (and related systems) use tocorrectly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/editspa treatments
  
• Beknowledgeableof spa treatments, spa policies, spa amenities andoverall options and ability to communicate with our guests
  
• Processall retail transactions, paying special attention to details
  
• Receiveguest feedback/complaints and, with supervision, resolve any guest/staffissues as they arise
  
• Enforcespa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior,etc.) with supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere
  
• Attendspa events and monthly staff meetings as communicated by supervisor toensure satisfactory guest experiences
  
• Compliancewith Kohler Company attendance policy, safety standards and spa SOPs tocreate a safe and engaging work environment for all
  

This is a Part Time position working weekdays & weekendswith shiftsbetween 8:00amand 9:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Mustbe 18 years old or older
  
• Priorcustomer service experience within a spa environment preferred, but notrequired
  
• Strongcommunication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  
• Strongdetail-orientation
  
• Abilityto perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest managementsystems

The hourly pay range for this position is $13.60 + tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
