Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma is hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to own the Tacoma schedule. You will work in person at our Tacoma office, Monday through Friday, daytime, ensuring every client visit is covered and every caregiver knows where to be.

You will build and manage caregiver schedules in WellSky, coordinate with recruiters and the Care Manager, and ensure EVV and authorizations are in place for smooth payroll and billing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling or care coordination experience.
• Willing to stay and grow with the company.
• WellSky/ClearCare, EVV, or ProviderOne experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Washington DSHS or Medicaid is a plus.
• Organized and steady under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must pass a Washington State DSHS background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

• $27 to $31 per hour, depending on experience

• Full time, Monday through Friday, daytime
