No Worries Care in Tacoma is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to own the local schedule. This full-time, in-person role requires daytime hours, Monday–Friday, at our Tacoma office.
You ensure every client visit is covered and every caregiver knows where to be. Responsibilities include building schedules in WellSky, matching caregivers to clients, coordinating with recruiters and care managers, and ensuring accurate EVV and authorizations for clean billing.

We are hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to own the Tacoma schedule. You work in person at our Tacoma office, Monday through Friday, daytime. You make sure every client visit is covered and every caregiver knows where to be.
Build and manage caregiver schedules in WellSky; fill open shifts; handle call-offs and last-minute changes
Match caregivers to clients and coordinate introductions; keep caregiver availability current
Work with our recruiters on new-caregiver start dates and with our Care Manager on care plans and supervisory visits
Check DSHS/Medicaid and VA authorizations and EVV, and finalize shifts each pay period so billing and payroll run clean
Be a calm, friendly point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
2+ years of scheduling or care coordination (home care, home health, senior living, or healthcare staffing preferred)
Someone who wants to stay and grow with us
WellSky/ClearCare, EVV, or ProviderOne experience is a plus
Familiarity with Washington DSHS or Medicaid is a plus
Organized and steady under pressure
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Must pass a Washington State DSHS background check
High school diploma or equivalent
$27 to $31 per hour, depending on experience
Full time, Monday through Friday, daytime
