  • At least 1 year of scheduling, staffing coordination, or home care experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure consistent client coverage.
  • Quickly fill open shifts due to call-offs, schedule changes, or new client cases.
  • Coordinate caregiver assignments based on availability, skills, and client needs.
  • Communicate scheduling updates clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients.
  • Monitor attendance, call-offs, and caregiver reliability trends.
  • Maintain accurate records within scheduling and EVV systems.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and clinical teams to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Provide on-call scheduling support as assigned.
  • Ensure continuity of care by proactively addressing scheduling challenges.
