Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator serves as the crucial link between customer care and the local market, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management. This role involves maximizing installation capacity by managing and assigning project dates, receiving service calls, and providing accurate updates to customers. The Production Assistant works closely with installation and sales managers to ensure projects run efficiently, even when delays occur.
The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The environment is casual, requiring closed-toed shoes and jeans without holes. Training can last up to two weeks, during which employees are expected to adapt quickly and take initiative. The culture values direct communication, quick learning, and proactive engagement.
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
