Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating client service schedules and ensuring continuity of care for Bristol County clients. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday hours 8:30am–5:00pm.

You will build relationships with clients and caregivers, assist with coverage, and collaborate with Client Services Managers and leadership while delivering BAYADA’s mission of compassionate, reliable home health care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual candidates (Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Creole) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain caregiver schedules and client referrals accurately.

• Support onboarding and training logistics for newly hired caregivers.

Office Information

• Location: Dartmouth, MA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

• Coverage Area: Bristol County, including New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, and Rochester

• Maintain accurate records and data entry within office systems.
• Support the office in delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a busy office with frequent phone and team interaction.
• Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Healthcare, home care, staffing, or customer service experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Creole) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour (approximately $52,000 annually)
