Job summary

Complete Care in Maitland, FL is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage new patient appointments and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will schedule, educate patients, and coordinate with clinics to ensure a smooth visit.

This role supports a fast-paced healthcare environment; bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a hybrid schedule including office hours in Maitland and remote weekend coverage. Join us to help patients begin their healing journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in scheduling or medical office settings.
• Experience using scheduling software, EHR systems, or CRM platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Healthcare experience and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate new patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on what to expect during their first visit and answer questions with professionalism and empathy.
