Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Dalton, GA to provide scheduling, administrative, and operational support. You will work with the Recruiting Manager and report to the Operating Director, sharing on-call duties as needed.

The role requires coordinating caregiver workflows, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with state requirements. A high school diploma and relevant experience are expected, with benefits and travel as described.

• Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and termination as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver appointments using AxisCare.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Maintain compliance with operating standards and state requirements.
• Handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
