• Be the friendly face that greets patients and makes them feel at home
• Master the art of scheduling—making appointments flow like a perfectly polished smile
• Handle patient and third-party inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Collect and manage patient information and records with eagle-eyed accuracy
• Keep our front office running like a well-oiled machine—inventory, supplies, and all
• Maintain a spotless and welcoming reception area (because first impressions matter!)
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless care and communication
