Our client, a leading provider of inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, is seeking a seasoned, high-performing Senior Admissions Coordinator to support their remote call center operations. This is not an entry-level position—only candidates with direct experience in SUD admissions and verifiable KPIs will be considered.
If you have worked in a behavioral health call center, consistently converted inquiries into admissions, and maintained top-tier performance metrics, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and families.
- Conduct pre-admission screenings to assess clinical appropriateness and eligibility.
- Guide individuals from inquiry to admission through clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless intake coordination.
- Meet and exceed performance benchmarks for call volume, conversion rates, and booked admits.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Substance Use Disorder call center admissions role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close inpatient admissions.
- Knowledgeable in insurance verification, ASAM criteria, and inpatient clinical workflows.
- Tech-savvy and highly organized, with experience working in a remote environment.
- Strong communicator with a performance-driven mindset.
Performance Requirements:
- Applicants must present verifiable performance metrics, such as conversion rates and booked admissions.
- Prior success in a SUD admissions environment is essential.
Position Details:
- Remote position (U.S.-based candidates only)
- Full-time role with various shifts available including day, evening and overnight.
