Join us at CarolinasDentist in Asheville as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and be part of a positively-different dentistry team! We are a fun, outgoing, and hardworking group dedicated to providing the best patient experience in a relaxed yet technologically advanced environment, offering services including general and cosmetic dentistry with Invisalign.

We are seeking an energetic, self-driven team member to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  1. Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.
  2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  3. Verify insurance for clinical appointments.
  4. Enter patient information into dental software accurately.
  5. Review and ensure the completeness of patient accounts.
  6. Collect payments for services rendered.
  7. Maintain doctor/hygiene schedules.
  8. Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients.
  9. Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatments.

Requirements include:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
