Responsibilities

• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enter information into dental software in patient accounts.
• Review and ensure complete and accurate patient account information.
• Collect payments for services rendered.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
