HarmonyCares in Michigan is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to optimize patient engagement and provider schedules. The role supports scheduling strategy with market leaders and the Lead Scheduler, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate census management.

You will collaborate with medical staff, patients, and caregivers to prioritize visits, adhere to provider hours, and maintain high-quality scheduling practices while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualificações

• 2+ years college, and/or equivalent experience.
• 2 years healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Moves quickly to solve complex, real-time issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detailed accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs.
• Manage provider census through proactive census risk management.
• Manage market census to ensure right patients are seen at the right time based on risk tiering.
• Collaborate with local leadership to maximize scheduling system and communicate patient requests.
• Maintain relationships and communicate HarmonyCares services with patients and families.
• Place and receive calls to facilitate scheduling functions.
• Escalate scheduling concerns and issues internally and externally.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings and in-services.
• Collaborate with manager, teammates, and other HarmonyCares employees.
• Perform other duties as required.
