SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will match caregivers with clients, manage schedules, and communicate with all parties to ensure smooth, reliable home care.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and caregivers while maintaining a dependable schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a home care setting preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
• Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
• Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
