CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS in San Jose is seeking a Dual-Role Scheduling Coordinator / Behavior Technician. This full-time position supports administrative operations in the morning and delivers ABA therapy in the afternoon and evening.

You will manage daily scheduling, coordinate coverage, collect session data, and implement treatment plans under supervision. The role is 100% in-person at our San Jose clinic and requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• ABA or scheduling/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily staff and client scheduling coordination.
• Monitor cancellations, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
• Support case planning and scheduling adjustments.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and supervisors.
• Assist with authorization tracking and utilization monitoring.
• Help maintain accurate scheduling documentation and systems.
• Respond to scheduling emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support efficient service delivery.
