Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Santa Clara is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work in-home and in-center settings with children ages 3–16. Schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays based on client needs. Start date is immediate.

Responsibilities include one-on-one play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress. Requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Car insurance under your name.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stay active and engaged with young children.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.
