Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department. This brand-new, state-of-the-art facility focuses on compassionate care, hospitality, and high-quality resident services.

The Staffing Coordinator will manage monthly Nursing, CMA, and CNA schedules, arrange replacements to meet staffing guidelines, and provide daily and weekly hours reports. CNA license and scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for nursing staff (CMA/CNA scheduling preferred).
• Current and valid CNA license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules for each month.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting of hours worked.
• Assist with activities including administrative support for residents, families and visitors.

The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily, and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked. The Staffing Coordinator will assist with activities to include administrative support assisting residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling and have a current and valid CNA license.
