SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for our nursing department to support quality resident care and seamless operations.

In this role you will coordinate all Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules, provide daily and weekly hours reporting, and assist with administrative tasks for residents, families, and visitors. A current CNA license and scheduling experience are preferred.

• Current and valid CNA license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules to meet monthly staffing needs.

The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily, and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked. The Staffing Coordinator will assist with activities to include administrative support assisting residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling and have a current and valid CNA license.
