The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina, a SanStone Health & Rehabilitation facility in Pinehurst, NC, seeks a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator who is driven and compassionate. RN or LPN licensure required with preference for long-term care leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the care for residents through leadership and clinical follow up.
• Ensure resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines.
• Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility.
• Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel.
• Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff.
