What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule interpreters for Video Relay Service (VRS), Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and on-site community interpreting assignments to ensure appropriate coverage
- Maintain a database of qualified, trained interpreters available for various interpreting services
- Assist in acquiring and retaining customers for on-site community and video remote interpreting services
- Provide superior customer service and support to both internal and external customers
- Perform data entry and basic organizational support for management and center reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in workforce scheduling
- Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic data entry skills and expertise using databases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a sign language interpreter or knowledge of RID/NAD interpreting standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Self-motivated with a quick learning ability
