Routinely interacts with various internal departments including registration, clinic staff, and financial coordinators.Pay RangeMinimum $23.00 Midpoint $27.94 Maximum $32.88Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience• Required: Minimum six ( 6) months of front office experience .• Preferred: One (1) year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant using scheduling software.Education• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.• Preferred: Some post High School education, to include Medical Office courses.Training• Required: None required.Specialized Skills• Required: Strong skills in using Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Ability to handle interruptions in work-tasks due to greeting people and answering a small multi-phone line.
