Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Scheduler/Planner Maintenance to coordinate maintenance planning and act as the primary scheduling contact for Production Lines. You will ensure efficient maintenance activities and uphold cGMP standards on site.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with scheduling tools, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication across all levels is essential for success in this on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in Maintenance trades.
  • Project Plus certification preferred.
  • Critical Path Scheduling Method and Scheduling Tools preferred.
  • Ability to Read Plant and Production Schedules.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively Across all Levels of the Organization.
  • Ability to Influence Change and Manage Outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Maintenance Planning as assigned and prepare contract/special project teams or shutdown teams as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Production Lines regarding scheduling/planning of maintenance for their areas.
  • Meet with production representatives and Maintenance department stakeholders frequently to ensure efficiency of Maintenance activities.
  • Be aware of the nuances of manufacturing on each Production Line taking those into account when scheduling maintenance for each area.
  • Apprise management in a timely manner of all potential or actual problems in meeting the scheduled Maintenance plan.
  • Take ownership of the WO backlog in area(s) assigned and provide feedback to management concerning the impact of overdue PM’s or extensions.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices and cGMP requirements.
  • Work with Production Scheduling and Planning groups to create windows for Maintenance.
  • Create material kits and tasks lists for WO’s.
  • Review work notifications in SAP and generate monthly PM’s.

Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring wage: $40.85 – $55.28 per hour with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
