Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate. The role operates on-site with a 6:00am–6:00pm shift, Friday–Sunday, and a $22/hour wage. You’ll handle receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy to support safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Forklift Operation Required
• 1 Year of Related Experience required
• FDA Regulated Industry Experience desired
• ERP/MRP Systems (SAP Preferred) desired
• General Awareness in Microsoft Word required
• General Awareness in Microsoft Excel required
• 20/30 Corrected Near‑Point required
• Ability to lift 40 Pounds Unassisted
• Prolong Standing
• Pushing, Pulling and Twisting
• Climbing, Bending and Stooping

Responsibilities

• Complete cGMP and Non‑GMP Receiving
• Complete transfer orders, sales orders and reservations on time and in full.
• Support and process internal and domestic shipments.
• Audit inventory via regular and consistent cycle counting.
• Operate pallet inverter, pallet jack and forklift.
• Assist with department SOPD reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Warehouse and Distribution.
• Support continuous improvements activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
