Job summary

UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a full-time scheduling assistant in Perioperative Services. You will contact patients to obtain missing information, verify insurance eligibility, and manage scheduling for new patients and simulations using daily reports.

Full-time PM shift with strong emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and team collaboration in a large surgical department known for clinical excellence and cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience required.
