The Scheduler, Oncology supports Oncology and Infusion Services by coordinating appointments, managing daily schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate communication across the care team. This role gathers and enters detailed patient and treatment information, verifies scheduling requirements, and works closely with clinical staff to align patient visits with provider and infusion suite availability. As part of a collaborative, patient-focused oncology environment, the scheduler helps create an organized, compassionate experience by assisting patients with appointment needs and supporting smooth clinic and infusion operations. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams, this position contributes to safe, well-organized care for patients receiving oncology services.
Prolonged sitting, computer use, and frequent communication required. Occasional walking, bending, or light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
