Job summary

Home Care Providers Inc is seeking a Scheduler in Indianapolis, IN to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and other clinical staff using Paseva. This full-time, office-based role offers starting pay at $23/hour and a supportive environment with strong patient-first values.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, communicating with patients, maintaining SOC spreadsheets, and assisting with staff onboarding and evaluations. Traditional 8 AM–5 PM hours apply.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• 2+ years scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is advantageous.
• Advanced computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs and other clinical staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and needs.
• Track SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports; generate related reports.
• Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding.
• Document and report field staff incidents/complaints.
• Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports.
• Support Case Managers with supervisory visits and office tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and maintain professionalism.
