Home Care Providers Inc. is seeking a Scheduler for our Indianapolis, IN office. You will plan and assign visits for RNs and other clinical staff using Paseva, ensuring timely patient care and efficient staff utilization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for referred patients and assign clinical staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and needs.
• Maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports.
