Job summary

Mount Carmel, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a Scheduler II for on-site work at our Westerville, OH location. This role coordinates scheduling for procedures, relays clinical information to physicians and staff, and serves as a liaison among physicians, patients and the service line.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2–3 years of scheduling experience in a hospital or physician practice setting. Benefits start day one and relocation assistance may be provided.

Position Purpose: Scheduler II schedules procedures following approved Medical Group, hospital and Patient Care Services policies and procedures.

Hours of office: Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30pm

What You Will Do:

• Coordinates multiple procedures when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure task

Minimum Qualifications:
