Trinity Health in Westerville, OH is seeking a Scheduler II to manage procedure scheduling in alignment with Medical Group and hospital policies. The role covers accurate data capture, communication with clinicians and staff, and coordinating multiple procedures from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Specialty: Heart and Vascular Location: 477 Cooper Road, Suite 200, Westerville, Ohio 43081 Hours of office: Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30pm

What You Will Do

Responsible for obtaining, recording and relaying accurate information required for scheduling cases. Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, nurses and scheduling team and members of the Service Line Coordinates multiple procedures when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure task Functions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, referring physicians, and members of the Service Line

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent Experience: Minimum of two to three years experience working with scheduling, physician practices, hospital units/ancillary departments
