Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in Dispatch, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Outline scope and identify resource requirements (people, skills, equipment) for approved work.
• Identify permits required and verify timelines with stakeholders.
• Verify BOMs, ensure materials are ordered and delivered to meet construction timelines.
• Plan outages by coordinating with System Operations Centre and field resources.
• Identify and/or procure third party services required for the scope (e.g., Hydrovac).
• Ensure work is execution ready prior to handover to Scheduling, including material readiness and locates/switching plans.
• Perform site visits and compile data for stakeholders (engineering, survey, vegetation management, etc.).
• Support operational excellence initiatives and lessons learned to improve planning.
