This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants a meaningful role in healthcare — without nights or weekends.

Why You'll Love This Role

As an Imaging Scheduler, you're often one of the first people helping a patient navigate the next step in their care. You'll coordinate imaging appointments, answer questions, provide preparation information, and help make sure patients get scheduled for the services they need. It's a role where organization meets patient care — and where being friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented truly matters. You'll also gain valuable experience working within Radiology and become part of a team that plays an important role in diagnosing and caring for patients throughout our community.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate imaging appointments and procedures.
  • Help patients understand what to expect and how to prepare for their upcoming appointments.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, clinics, and members of the Radiology team.
  • Coordinate schedules and resources to help patients receive timely care.
  • Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while providing excellent customer service.
  • Help problem-solve scheduling needs and keep the day running smoothly.
  • Work closely with your teammates to create a positive experience for every patient.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You
  • Enjoy helping people and providing great customer service.
  • Are organized and naturally pay attention to the details.
  • Can comfortably manage several priorities at once.
  • Communicate well over the phone and in person.
  • Stay calm and professional when things get busy.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
  • Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Want to build or continue your career in healthcare.

Previous experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, a medical office, patient access, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment may be a great foundation for this position. Knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills are also helpful, and typing competency is highly preferred.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 200% employer match on the first 3% you contribute
  • Up to $3,500 per year in tuition assistance for approved courses
  • Employer-provided life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options
  • Employee Assistance Program, including free employee and family counseling sessions
  • Wellness programs, coaching, classes, and incentives
  • On-site childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
  • 50% off monthly dues at the Logan Health Medical Fitness Center
  • Employee discounts, including 20% off hospital cafeteria meals
