Signature HealthCARE of Oakview is hiring a CNA Scheduler to oversee the Nursing Department staffing in a 100-bed facility. You will handle PTO, call-ins, and staff reductions to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role requires a CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service skills. On-call responsibilities may be required, with a focus on compliance and compassionate care.

• Current/active CPR certification, preferred
• CNA certification required

• Manage overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
• Schedule paid time off (PTO), call-ins, and staffing reductions as census changes.
• Maintain on-call availability as required by the Director of Nurses and Administrator

How you Will make a difference

• To manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all resident needs.
• Staffing includes scheduling paid time off (PTO), call-ins, reduction in staff when census is low, etc., which will require the position to have strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in that staffing is directly related to resident census which can change quickly on a day to day basis.
• Scheduling position will have the responsibility of being on call, at times, which is determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator.

What you Need to make a Difference
