Job summary

Signature HealthCARE operates Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 100-bed facility, seeking a STAFF Scheduler who is LPN certified. You will manage the Nursing Department's staffing, including PTO and call-ins, with attention to census changes and regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes strong phone etiquette, customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting. On-call duties may be required as determined by leadership.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed and CPR preferred.
• Strong scheduling and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department per policies and regulations.
• Schedule PTO, call-ins, and adjust staffing as census changes.
• Maintain strong phone etiquette and customer service during scheduling.
• On-call responsibilities as directed by Director of Nurses and Administrator.

How You Will Make a Difference

• To manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all resident needs.
• Staffing includes scheduling paid time off (PTO), call-ins, reduction in staff when census is low, etc., which will require the position to have strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in that staffing is directly related to resident census which can change quickly on a day to day basis.
• Scheduling position will have the responsibility of being on call, at times, which is determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred
