We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduler / Central Supply Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility team. This position is ideal for a CNA or LPN who is looking to use their clinical experience in a coordination and administrative role while supporting smooth daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the daily and weekly nursing staff schedule


• Coordinate staffing coverage, call-offs, and shift changes


• Work closely with nursing leadership to ensure adequate staffing


• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules


• Monitor staffing needs and assist with filling open shifts


• Order, receive, organize, and distribute clinical supplies


• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs


• Maintain organized central supply areas


• Assist with ensuring supplies are available for resident care


• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


• Provide additional administrative and clinical support as needed

Position Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused


• Comfortable working with staff, residents, and leadership
