Waynesboro Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, TN is seeking a dependable Scheduler / Central Supply Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility team. A CNA or LPN background is ideal for this coordination/administrative role supporting daily operations.

You will develop the nursing staff schedule, coordinate coverage, and manage central supply to ensure smooth resident care. Growth and supportive leadership are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA or LPN.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Comfortable coordinating with staff, residents, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the daily and weekly nursing staff schedule.
• Coordinate staffing coverage, call-offs, and shift changes.
• Work closely with nursing leadership to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules.
• Monitor staffing needs and assist with filling open shifts.
• Order, receive, organize, and distribute clinical supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Maintain organized central supply areas.
• Assist with ensuring supplies are available for resident care.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide additional administrative and clinical support as needed.
