Job summary

Grace Heights Health and Rehab in Morganton, NC is seeking a Scheduler/Central Supply to coordinate Nursing, CMA, and CNA schedules. The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership.

The scheduler will handle monthly staffing, replacements to meet guidelines, and reporting of hours worked, while also managing nursing supplies. Previous scheduling experience is preferred.

Grace Heights Health and Rehab in Morganton, North Carolina is currently seeking a dynamic individual to work as Scheduler/Central Supply for the nursing department. Candidate must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The Scheduler/Central Supply collaborates with the Director of Nursing and the Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines. The Scheduler/Central Supply will provide daily, and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked. The Scheduler/Central Supply will also manage nursing supplies ordering and organizing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling.
