SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.

The role coordinates all Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules, arranges replacements, and reports hours daily and weekly to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience, strong teamwork, and a passion for quality resident care.

The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler collaborates with the Director of Nursing and the Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler will provide daily, and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked. The Staffing Coordinator/Schedule will assist with activities to include administrative support assisting residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling.
