Job summary

Nucar Automall of Allentown is seeking a Scheduler/BDC Representative who will handle heavy inbound/outbound calls to create appointments and grow our customer base.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in CS or sales calls, excellent telephone and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Must have MS Office skills and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience handling inbound/outbound CS or sales calls.
• Excellent telephone skills are a must for this position.
• Proven history of inside internet marketing and scheduling sales appointments.
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
• Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Quick learner, self-disciplined with a 'never say die' attitude.
• Professional demeanor and ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to meet or exceed department KPIs.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and typing/writing.
• Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and 3 years driving experience.
• Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
