A T SERVICES CORP is hiring for a Scheduling Coordinator position responsible for matching therapists with patients and managing complex schedules. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, proficient in EMR systems, and strong communication skills.

• Match therapists with patients.

• Own the scheduling process, proactively addressing changes and challenges.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare scheduling or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Homecare Home Base or similar EMR systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Great attention to detail, with a high standard of work ethic and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust to changing priorities.
