Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based out of our locations in New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco.

You will develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases, create and analyze execution schedules for multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and forecast project performance. Strong communication and executive reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.
• Advanced knowledge of cost and resource loading project schedules.
• Experience with contract change order management.
• Experience performing Time Impact Analyses.
• Project financial forecasting capability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with large and complex client programs involving one or more project teams.

Who You Are

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $ 103,900-153,100

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
