Job summary

Home Care Providers is seeking a Scheduler to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs and other clinical staff using our Paseva platform. This full-time, office-based role is located in Indianapolis, IN and requires coordinating staff schedules and communications with patients to ensure timely care.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of healthcare scheduling experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
• Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needs.
