Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules from pre-construction through project completion.
• Establish activity sequencing, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scheduling logic.
• Update schedules and track project progress, milestones, and field productivity.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and potential delays.
• Conduct schedule impact assessments related to change orders and project modifications.
• Create recovery and acceleration plans to minimize project delays.
• Lead scheduling review meetings with project stakeholders and trade partners.
• Produce progress reports, dashboards, earned value metrics, and schedule performance updates.
• Analyze labor, equipment, and material resources to support project execution.
