Employee Workplace in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Schedule Manager to plan and control large-scale construction projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed master schedules, establishing WBS, sequencing, and CPM logic to drive on-time delivery.

This role requires strong project controls experience, MS Project proficiency, and collaboration with project managers, field teams, and subs. You will produce progress reports, dashboards, and schedule performance metrics to support

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Experience developing and managing construction project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles
• Experience with schedule analysis, resource planning, and project reporting
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules from pre-construction through project completion
• Establish activity sequencing, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scheduling logic
• Update schedules and track project progress, milestones, and field productivity
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and potential delays
• Conduct schedule impact assessments related to change orders and project modifications
• Create recovery and acceleration plans to minimize project delays
• Lead scheduling review meetings with project stakeholders and trade partners
• Produce progress reports, dashboards, earned value metrics, and schedule performance updates
• Analyze labor, equipment, and material resources to support project execution
