Job summary

Diversus Health in Colorado Springs seeks a detail-oriented Schedule Management Support professional to help clients access behavioral health services. You will assist with scheduling, referrals, transfers, enrollment, and service navigation while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, strong computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word), and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
  • Electronic Health Records experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, transfers, referrals, and enrollment for services.
  • Navigate clients to internal and external resources based on treatment and service needs.
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communications.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance reports across multiple service lines.
  • Support operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as a client advocate.
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and community partners in person and by phone.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and record management.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Mobility Clause

This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong work experience in customer service industry, preferably 2+ years.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent computer skills, with extensive experience using program within Microsoft Office, to include Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.
  • Electronic Health Records experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong ability to interact successfully with a variety of individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of Release of Information process.
