The candidate will build and package applications, configure policies, and troubleshoot deployments across devices, collaborating with infrastructure teams for endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying SCCM in enterprise environments.
• Experience creating, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Group Policy.
• Experience with Intune for device management.
• PowerShell or scripting experience preferred.
• Strong Windows desktop engineering background and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, package, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft SCCM / MECM
• Create SCCM packages and deployments to target specific machines and device groups
• Configure, create, test, and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO)
• Investigate machines that are not receiving expected software deployments, policies, patches, or automatic updates
• Troubleshoot SCCM deployment and endpoint management issues
• Support and administer devices through Microsoft Intune
• Assist with Windows endpoint configuration, software distribution, patching, and device management
• Develop and utilize PowerShell or other scripting to automate desktop engineering and administrative tasks
• Work with infrastructure and support teams to identify and resolve endpoint-related issues
