Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking an experienced SCCM/MECM Engineer to own the end-to-end SCCM environment, including upgrading sites to the latest version and ongoing maintenance, optimization, and automation.

The role requires hands-on expertise in SCCM, OS imaging, task sequences, package creation, and PowerShell scripting, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and start quickly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SCCM/MECM engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience upgrading SCCM sites and managing versions.
• Experience creating packages and deploying applications.
• Experience with OS imaging and task sequences.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with SCCM infrastructure and maintenance.
• Ability to own the platform end-to-end, not siloed to packaging.
• Hybrid work environment and participating in virtual interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SCCM/MECM site upgrades to the latest release.
• Perform ongoing SCCM maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
• Build application packages from scratch using best practices.
• Develop and maintain OS images and deployment workflows.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support deployments.
• Support imaging, patching, and software distribution enterprise-wide.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
• Serve as primary SCCM SME after prior engineer departure.
