Job summary

The Evolvers Group is seeking a hardware deployment technician to support large-scale computer refresh cycles in our Charlotte area team. You will image Windows 11 PCs using SCCM, manage inventory and deployments, and coordinate end-user replacements through ServiceNow.

Role involves physically handling equipment, documenting updates in HAM Pro, and ensuring accurate inventory records as part of a fast-paced IT operations environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in large-scale deployments.
• Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following procedures.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 with SCCM.
• Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users via ServiceNow.
• Experience with computer refreshes and inventory updates in HAM Pro (ServiceNow).
• Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.

• Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
• Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM,
• Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).

Qualifications

• Required Skills: (2+ years)
• Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar)
