Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and government regulations.
• Produce accurate scale tickets for trucks.
• Assist customers with purchase decisions and questions.
• Respond to customer calls and inquiries.
• Support loaders and haulers as needed.
• Maintain cash, COD records and daily reports.
• Perform miscellaneous office tasks and scale house maintenance.
• Ensure correct weight and product leaving the pit.
• Provide aggregate dispatch and customer service.
• Assist Quarry Manager with QC duties.
