You will weigh and record weights, generate tickets, operate scale equipment, and provide responsive service to customers while coordinating with production and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read English sufficiently for manuals and reports.
• Basic math and measurement units proficiency.
• Ability to operate computer software and basic functions.
• Clear English communication and radio etiquette.
• Strong attentiveness and coordination for scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Weighs and records weight of customer vehicles and generates shipping records.
• Uses computer hardware/software to obtain weights and produce scale tickets.
• Operate scales and ensure vehicles are loaded per policy.
• Handle price quote requests, order changes, and cancellations; maintain good rapport.
• Coordinate with production and sales and provide admin support to management.
• Maintain shipping activity and keep area clean and safe.
• Fill in for others as needed or directed; perform other tasks as assigned.
